Established in Melbourne in 1982 as a not-for-profit community enterprise to advance the apprenticeship group training model and provide employment opportunities to disadvantaged communities, over 35 years IWSI Group has grown to become a respected industry leader.

The Group consists of a range of enterprises including industry leading group training providers WPC Group and Next Gen Jobs, charitable enterprises the Skilling Australia Foundation the Future Gen Foundation and an international youth skills and employment policy advisory arm, through which we consult to and advise governments on the development of work-based learning initiatives in both Australia and internationally.
